By downloading, installing, or using KiwiDrive, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

KiwiDrive is an iOS learning app that helps users practice New Zealand driving theory using quizzes, progress tracking, and mock-style tests.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KiwiDrive for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable App Store terms.

4. In-App Purchase

KiwiDrive may offer a one-time lifetime unlock for unlimited tests. Purchases are processed by Apple. Apple is responsible for billing, refunds, and purchase management under its policies.

• You can restore previous purchases using the same Apple ID.
• Pricing may vary by region and currency in the App Store.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Use KiwiDrive in violation of applicable law.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app without permission.

6. Educational Purpose

KiwiDrive is designed as a study aid. It does not guarantee exam outcomes or replace official NZTA materials. You remain responsible for understanding and following New Zealand road rules.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

KiwiDrive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiwiDrive's publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KiwiDrive after updates means you accept the revised terms.
