KiwiDrive is built to help you prepare for the New Zealand driving theory test while keeping your data private. This policy explains what data KiwiDrive does and does not handle.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

KiwiDrive does not collect, upload, or sell personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact details inside the app.
• We do not run analytics, ad tracking, or third-party SDK profiling.
• We do not store your test progress on external servers.

3. On-Device Data

Test scores, streak information, and study progress are stored locally on your device. This data is used only to power app features and does not leave your device through KiwiDrive.

4. Notifications

KiwiDrive can send optional reminders if you grant notification permission. You can disable reminders anytime in app settings or in iOS system settings.

5. In-App Purchase

KiwiDrive offers a one-time purchase to unlock unlimited practice. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store payment card information.

6. Third-Party Services

KiwiDrive does not include third-party advertising or analytics services. Apple services may still process data under Apple's own privacy terms when handling downloads and purchases.

7. Children's Privacy

KiwiDrive is not intended to collect personal data from children under 13. Because the app does not collect personal data, no user profile database is maintained by KiwiDrive.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when app behavior or legal requirements change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date.
